Frontpages Updates

Frontpages™ Web Hosting Network will be making several improvements and additions in the New Year.  Each of these updates is designed to increase customer satisfaction, making 2008 our best year yet.  With these changes in place, we will be able to provide you with service and support you deserve!  *Please note, the projected rollout dates are estimates; actual dates may vary slightly.


Effective Immediately:

Increased Bandwidth: We have significantly increased our Internet bandwidth, providing customers with enhanced data transfer.


February 1, 2008:

MOSS 2007 High Availability and Disaster Recovery:  We will offer new redundant MOSS 2007 solutions for customers requiring near 100% uptime.  These solutions will secure customer data, providing them with peace of mind, so they can focus on their core business.

Advanced Backup Solutions:  Through several of our new partnerships, we will be offering advanced backup solutions on two levels: application and storage.  Application solutions for SharePoint, Exchange, SQL and CRM include file level recovery or bit-level (server-wide) “snap-shot” backups.

Storage backup can be done on-server, off-server or off-site.  Off-server includes a local SAN backup, while off-site includes vaulted storage or data shipment to the customer.  With these new solutions, we can take machine wide snapshots, restore down to file level and store data in various locations, creating multiple layers of assurance for customers.


March 1, 2008:

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Hosted Solutions:  For companies requiring a tool to manage customer relationships, measure business processes and increase sales profitability, we will be offering Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 hosted solutions.  What makes 4.0 better than 3.0?  This new, easier-to-use version includes a customizable navigation pane, auto-complete functions, faster searching, improved mail merge and much more.  Pricing and information will be available soon.

Increased Internet Carrier Support:  Currently, we have three Internet Carriers on contract.  Beginning March 1, 2008, we plan to add a new Internet Carrier each quarter.  With seven carriers by year end, customers are guaranteed increased internet bandwidth, speed and reliability.

New and Improved Help Desk:  An advanced help desk ticketing system will be put into place, utilizing important information from the Frontpages Knowledge Base.  When customers open an online help desk ticket, they will automatically receive links to Knowledge Base articles referencing the topic of their ticket.  This immediate response will help customers get the answers they need quicker.  Plus, by opening online tickets, issues are fully documented, allowing customers to check the status of an issue at any time.
